Approving a job from your work order link
See the progress of a visit and sign off when the work is done.

If we are doing a job for you, the emails include a View your job button. The page shows:
- A progress bar from New to Completed
- The planned date, location and technician
- The description and the steps being done
It never shows prices or internal notes.
Signing off
Once work has started, the page offers a signature box.
- 1Draw your signature with your finger or mouse.
- 2Type your name if asked.
- 3Choose Sign off.
A signature can only be given once, so please check the work first.
