Using live chat on the website

Start a chat

When someone from our team is online, a chat button appears in the corner of the page. Select it, type your name and your question, and start the conversation. If nobody is available, leave a ticket instead.

During the chat

• Replies arrive within a couple of seconds.
• Your agent may ask to view your screen to help you. You decide: nothing is shared until you agree, they can only watch (never control your computer), and you can stop at any time.
• If you are quiet for a few minutes the chat closes by itself.

When it ends

If you spoke with a person you will be asked to give 1 to 5 stars and an optional comment. This helps us train the team.
